Sometimes additional training is needed to step into the career you want. Our staff will work with you to provide guidance and resources so you can make informed decisions about your next steps from classroom training to training on the job.
Get ready for good things ahead. Family stability and financial independence are hallmarks of this program for individuals referred from the County Assistance Office. Our staff will always welcome you with respect and care. We want to learn about you and your children and your needs so we can help connect you with resources, so you are safe and happy at home.
You’ll have a set number of participation hours that will pass quickly each week as you participate in meaningful activities. You’ll have sessions with a wellness coach where you’ll learn more about yourself and your peers. You’ll realize your talents and strengths and define goals for your future. You’ll be encouraged to earn your GED® and continue your education – paths you won’t take alone as our staff are by your side the entire way. Our goal is to help you and your family and ultimately help you obtain a job that you’ll enjoy and thrive in. Our EARN program puts you and your family at the center of everything we do. You don’t have to just take our word for it:
