Central Connections
Your journey to start a new career isn’t one you have to take alone. Advance Central PA staff places your success as our top priority, and we’ll help you plan the action steps needed to meet your goals. You’ll have a staff person dedicated to learning about you and your goals in order to help you navigate and connect to skills training, community resources, long term employment, and everything in between.
We have tools and resources to help you identify your skills, strengths, abilities, and needs so that we can help you develop a customized plan that we’ll adjust as you determine necessary. You’ll choose from a wide menu of services designed to assist any job seeker whether you are just starting your career, are seeking new opportunities and growth, or have long-term employment history and need to make a change. We’ll be with you to provide support and expert advice so that you ultimately obtain the good job you want.
Sometimes additional training is needed to step into the career you want. Our staff will work with you to provide guidance and resources so you can make informed decisions about your next steps from classroom training to training on the job.
